- Daily Deposit Requirements
- All credit card transactions must be settled daily (except for weekends and banking holidays). Please note that this daily settlement requirement includes University breaks and extended holidays that go beyound Federal Banking Holidays. Weekend transactions must be settled Monday morning.
- When an item or service is purchased using a credit card, and a refund is necessary, the refund must be credited to the same credit card account from which the purchase was made.
